Our story
How we got started
Blessed Beyond Measure was founded in Kentucky with a simple conviction: commercial property owners deserve a facility management partner who treats their investment like their own. Too many owners were stuck with vendors who showed up late, communicated poorly, and delivered inconsistent results.
We set out to change that. Starting with a handful of properties in the Bluegrass State, we built our reputation one building at a time — earning trust through transparency, showing up when it matters, and never cutting corners on the work that protects your asset.
Today we manage 250+ commercial properties across Kentucky, serving office owners, retail centers, and mixed-use developers who rely on us to keep their buildings operating at peak performance.

Marcus founded Blessed Beyond Measure after 15 years managing commercial portfolios across Kentucky. His hands-on approach and commitment to client relationships set the tone for everything we do.
Denise Carter
Director of Operations
Denise oversees day-to-day service delivery across all properties. Her systems-thinking and attention to detail ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality service.
James Holloway
Head of Maintenance
With 20 years in commercial building systems, James leads our maintenance and HVAC teams. He's the reason our preventive maintenance programs are second to none.
